Home Accents Today, a trade magazine, selected Dorian Webb to be on its designer advisory panel to discuss design, market and retail trends. The panel consists of 12 design professionals who will alternate commentary on industry issues throughout 2006.

Roberts Family Charitable Foundation names Dorian Webb to its Board
Dorian Webb was named Treasurer of the Roberts Family Charitable Foundation. The foundation’s mission is to identify and support African American scholars. As a board member, Dorian will assist in the selection process of qualified applicants.

Glamour magazine featured Viaggio’s designer, Dorian Webb, in its September issue’s How to Do Anything Better Guide. Dorian offered suggestions as to how to decorate chandeliers for festive occasions inexpensively.

Viaggio chandeliers debut in Bloomingdale’s renovated flagship store
The Venetian glass of Viaggio’s colorful chandeliers is instantly recognizable in the newly renovated second floor dress department of Bloomingdale’s 59th Street store. These custom designed chandeliers of various sizes were made with a feel for the constantly changing array of luxurious clothing that is sold in the well appointed space.

Dorian Webb and Viaggio chandeliers were featured in the July issue of Home Lighting magazine in its Designer Spotlight section. The multi-paged article focused on Dorian’s inspirations and the similarities between her jewelry and chandelier collections.

Viaggio chandeliers chosen to represent US lighting industry at Deco Contract show in Brussels, Belgium
The US Department of Commerce chose Viaggio chandeliers to represent the American lighting industry at the Deco Contract trade show in Brussels, Belgium. Dorian traveled to Brussels to attend the show where a Viaggio chandelier was on prominent display for customers in the contract lighting industry.

A Viaggio chandelier was awarded “Best in Show” for the lighting division at the High Point International Furniture show, and as a result, was featured on an industry television program featuring the show’s highlights.
